37.5 hours = full-time.

Position Requirements:

Must be a fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in NC).
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Passion for working with children (age 5+) and families.
Experience or interest in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
